The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India has organized a cultural event “Divya Kala Shakti: Witnessing Ability in Disability” at Balayogi Auditorium, Parliament Library Building on 23^rd July, 2019.

The event was held in the esteemed presence of Hon’ble President of India, Vice President of India, Prime Minister of India, Speaker of Lok Sabha, Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, Council of Ministers, Members of Parliament, Secretary, DEPwD and Secretaries of other Departments. Seven Students  with Intellectual Disability along with three assistants from Ashadeep has performed a Bihu dance and has enthralled the audience with their performance
